What we collect
This site does not host product accounts or records. It collects the information you enter in forms and the browsing data described in this policy.
- Contact and demo forms: name, agency, phone (optional), email and your message.
- Newsletter: your email.
- Sample demo access: name and email, sent to the product to open a temporary session.
What it is used for
To reply to your inquiry, arrange a demonstration, open the sample demo or send updates you requested. Account registration takes place on the product site. We do not sell your data for advertising.
Who processes it
Web3Forms delivers contact, guided demo and newsletter submissions to our corporate email (Microsoft 365). The product handles sample demo access and registration at records.leymaxrecords.com. Stripe processes payments when you subscribe; this site does not collect card details.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (which pages get visited, where people come from, which buttons work). Google Analytics uses cookies (the "_ga" ones) to tell visits apart; the data reaches us aggregated and we do not use it for advertising or sell it.
If you prefer not to be counted, a content blocker or Google Analytics’ official opt-out extension turns it off — the site works exactly the same without it.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any data you sent through these forms, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by writing to soporte@leymaxrecords.com. We reply within one business day.
